Miracles indeed do happen.
Greetings dear comrade. Hope we had a good day.
Dear Diary,
The fact that I am alive and writing to you this evening is a miracle. Almighty is indeed a faithful God.
I was awake by 4:30am. My little nephew has been sick since Saturday and he was not getting any better untill we had to go back to the hospital
So I was awake checking up on him. The heat too won't let someone sleep. Mosquito everywhere. Plus...no electricity the whole night.
I did not do an official morning prayer today.
My parents went for morning mass
I then prepared myself for work. They were back before I left home. Around 7:50am.
On my way to work, we passed at a checkpoint and the police checked if anyone in the taxi was wearing a facemask. Luckily for us everyone was. So we went ahead.
Getting to work, my employee was already there, she cleaned the shop and we started sorting dresses to be dry clean after which we put them in the machine. After about 1:30 minutes, we removed and went down to sun them. I then turned on my phone which had been off the whole night because of power outage. A few missed calls and messages from friends informing me of the situation in town.
At about 12:45 I set out to go to Foncha junction. I was to meet up with @njiatanga for a meeting. Having in mind that the mad rush in town had cooled off, I took a taxi. Upon my arrival at Foof market, I got cought up in a fire exchange between the military and the other people. Till this moment I do not understand how I escaped from that place. I then sent a message to him informing him of the situation in this part of town that I could not make it for the meeting. He responded saying he had been stocked at the regional regional hospital no way to go back.
In less than an hour, everywhere was locked and dry. The whole town automatically closed
This is how my town looked like today.
Around the Regional Hospital.
I came home and had a bath, I read some online articles then went to sleep so that I would get up and do my diary post and do other promotions too. I hope by tomorrow, one will be able to leave the house.
Thank you for reading.
See you another day.
Thank God for your life dear.

Mom it is really a miracle as I witnessed this too as I was at the general hospital. I almost collapsed when I heard a gunshot behind me at hospital. Thank God you're safe dear.
How about your patient? Hope he's getting better? I wish him quick recovery.
