Introduction

The human body is a highly complex structure made up of so many parts, known as both the external, and the internal parts of the body. And in this write up, we are going to look into the various parts of the body, beginning from the external parts to the internal parts ; because as the saying goes,” We start from the known to the unknown. ”
Indeed, the external parts of the human body can safely be said to be playing dual roles of namely: aesthetic values—that is beautifying the human physique, that Is, the physical aspect of human beings, as well as performing various highly fundamental, extremely vital functions. The external parts of the body, include the following: the head, the neck, the eyes, the ears, the mouth, the tongue, the teeth, the hair, the chest, the shoulders, the hands, the palms, the fingers, the finger nails, the legs, the feet, etc. Each of the various parts of the body has its very unique, vital functions.
And, indeed, every part of the body is highly indispensible ; for example the head is used in carrying things—that is for portering activities, the eyes are used for sight, the ears are used for hearing, and for maintaining body balance, the nose is for breathing, and for perceiving smells, the mouth is used for eating, for drinking, and for talking, the hand is used for writing, and for other activities, including sports, and of course, we see that all the external parts of the human body are for various vital functions.
Similarly, the internal parts of the body equally have their various functions, and indeed, the internal parts of the body are grouped into various systems, such as : the circulatory system, the alimentary system, the digestive system, the transportation system, the nervous system, the reproductive system etc. And all these systems operate with key parts of the body, such as : the cardia—the heart, the pneumon—the the lungs, the hepar—the liver, the nephron—the kidney, the cytos—the cells, the haema—the blood. And then, each of these major parts of the internal body system serves as key functionary that takes care of all other parts of the body associated with it. Indeed, the human body is a highly complex structure, and a wonderful creation of an all-wise God, that has supreme intelligence.
Meanwhile, there are various schools of thought about the origin of man, such as: the creationists, the evolutionists, etc. The creationists believe that, God created man in His image and likeness. Whereas, the evolutionists, spear-headed by Charles Darwin, believe that man evolved from an ape—a species of monkey. However, the axiomatic fact remains that, man is a highly complex entity, created by an omniscient creator, God.
