Greetings everyone.I am glad you all are fine.Steemit has remained a conducive atmosphere for us to document and share our daily activities with the highest possible ease.I am loving the whole process,and I just hope it continues to be sustainable.
Like I mentioned in my introduction post,I run a charity organization called DUPFIF.....This organization is charged with the responsibility of taking care of the needy and less privileged in the society-basically kids.
Today activities was to organize the kids and organize a birthday party for them.Kids are the future and so DUPFIF have them in mind;everyday and everytime.
Today was a day marked for birthday celebration of kids under our watch here in Aba city.It took place on Sunday 25th July,2021 at Azikiwe road by East.
The preparation process started in the morning just after Sunday service.I went to the event venue and made sure that the decorations and other arrangements are been put in place.
Later on,I called the confectioner who is in charge of the cake to make sure that she wouldn't disappoint us with the cake.She gave me assurance that everything is in place.She gave the assurance as if her name is Endurance😃.
As at 2:00pm,the venue is set;every arrangement has been put in place.We are now waiting for the commencement time.The time set for the commencement of rbr the program was 3:30pm.Everyone was eagerly waiting for the time.The kids are already hanging around and the DJ is already set too.
Immediately it was 3:30pm,everyone was seated.The DJ has started playing the sounds.The kids were already nodding their heads with total satisfaction.The Mater of Ceremony (MC) is also on top of his game.
The opening prayer was said and myself the founder of DUPFIF was introduced by the M.C to make an opening speech.After the opening speech,i was asked to make a short dance.As you know,I am a very good dancer and so I danced to the admiration of everyone.
Next was to call on the kids to make a dance of which the best dancer was also selected.The dancing session saw the kids display their dancing skills to the fullest.

After the dancing session.The organisers of the event were brought to the stage and they were appreciated by the guests.As you can see from the picture,I am the second person from the right flank.

Now it is time to call out the kids to come and cut the cake for the general birthday party.The parents and guardians of some of the kids were also present at the table to cut the cake.It was a moment bliss and undiluted smiles.I was also in the midst.
This time we called on all the kids who were born in the month of July,each of rhrbJul celebrants were given a customized cake for them to cut.For each of them,we snapped them with the cake.
The event came to a halt at about 5:30 pm.The kids were properly entertainment and other guests were also entertained too.I made the closing remark and everyone started going home.
