Hello dear friends, hope you all are having a nice week so far. Welcome once again to another episode of my recipe. This time I will be walking you through the preparation steps of my sweet jollof rice just like I promised in one of my previous post.
let’s get to it
Ingredients
Rice
Meat
Fresh Tomato
Carrot
Onion
Pepper
Maggi
Salt
Ginger
Garlic
Groundnut oil
Ingredients
Step 1
Wash your meat and steam, chop your onion, tomato, carrots and grind your pepper.

Parboil your rice

Place your dry pot on fire and if it is not dry then place it to first dry, after which you put in your groundnut oil and your onions.
Step 4
When the onion must have fried a little add your tomatoes and pepper and leave to boil/fry.
Step 5
Then, add your meat and your ingredients including salt, Maggi, stock water which is gotten when you steam your meat and the rest. After which you pour in your already parboiled rice, add water to cover it and allow to boil.
Step 6
When the water is no longer visible and remains a little add your carrot and a little onion then allow to boil for a few minutes until the water is totally dry. Your sweet rice is ready.

P.S
Before steaming your meat, wash with hot water and put the meat in a pot with water, no ingredients and place on fire to allow boil. This will totally get rid of all the dirts.
