HOW MY DAY WENT ||20TH OF NOVEMBER, 2021

Dear diary,

Hello everyone on steemit platform. Hope you're still steeming to the moon.

Its been a while i visited. But, not to worry ill fill you on this day. Life hasn't been easy with me irrespective of all the struggles.
Am not in club5050 neither have i cashed out let alone powering up to the equal amount of my cash out or transfers. I wont be discouraged i would still post anyway. I know ill get there someday. Well, there is a saying that: "when there is life there is hope".

This morning when i woke up i said my prayers to God in appreciation for his goodness. Brushed my teeth and started my daily routine house chores: ranging from:
Washing, Cooking, sweeping and lastly, Fetching of water.

I slept on an empty stomach last night. So it was soup i prepared so i could fill my stomach with at least swallow (garri) that could hold me till am able to cook something else.

Next, i took my bath and prepared to go and grind dried corn into powdered form. We always use it to cook what some igbo people call (blended).

Our heavenly father Jehovah has given us different foods to eat depending on how we value each of them. During the grinding process the woman in charge asked me what i want to use it for because she was only familiar with the fresh one. Which when grinded as well like beans then it can be used for "egwuregwu ukoru" Corn moimoi or pottage. Did i get the pronunciation right? Pls do correct me oh! Umu igbo.

Though i didn't cook it today, but i can explain the way i have always been preparing it. One can as well use the yellow corn.

∆ Pure one cup of water in a clean pot and place it on the fire. While on fire, add ingredients of your choice e.g:
Crayfish or prawn, dried little fishes, onions, pepper, palm oil, maggi, scent leave(little) but optional and salt to taste.

∆Measure two milk cup of corn flower into a bowl and add little water to make a paste.

∆Pour the paste into the already boiled water or soup then start turning till well cooked. while turning it if you discover it isn't as tick as you want, add little corn flower by spreading it all over and keep turning it.

∆ Lastly, Taste it and check if its done.

By the time i was done with all of the above it was already 4pm. And i decided to bring in my washed clothes. Went to a nearby village to mend my slip on.

I came back so tired and fulfilled for today. Thank you God.
