Please as we all strives to remain active and supportive to the steemit community, we should not forget the Importance of good health, many of us may remember this common proverb that says health is wealth.

And am not sure that some one whose health condition is really bad can fully perform his/her daily activities which may includes writing, posting, commenting, powering up and powering down as well as esteem, resteem, and so on.

Therefore, for the interest of steemian members i made thorough research in addition to the experience I had in 14th of September 2019, when i virtually collapse in Infront of my office, fortunately for me a cyclist passing by noticed my appearance then came to my aid and quickly took me to a nearby hospital where I was diagnose and be treated for two weeks plus.

Prio to my treatment my medical lab results indicate that I have liver and kidney disorder including pelvic inflammatory disorder and to find out the root cause I conducted additional lab tests which later reveal that what led to my health problems is due to malnutrition dehydration, then to help me recover as soon as possible my doctor place me on a special medical therapy which mostly includes varieties of nutritional fruits and frequent intake of water, excluding fried food.

Among the fruits recommended to me were paw-paw, pineapple, watermelon and banana. The essence of regular intake of water and watermelon recommendation is to detoxify my body system and to aid blood circulation, while paw-paw and banana serve to provide vitamins, minerals and so on that the affected organs needs in order to revive.

Infact, from personal experiment blended paw-paw and banana is tasty and nutritious, more especially it provides our body with essential minerals, vitamins, protein as well as antioxidant and anti inflammatory agents which aid our body in combating pelvic inflammatory disease. Nevertheless, blended paw-paw and banana is good for people of all ages i.e children and adults can take it.

Come to talk of banana itself: eating banana alone also nourishes our body with high quality natural nutrients such as vitamin C and B6, potassium and magnesiums which enable the cells in our body build stronger immune systems that resist infections and cardiovascular disease, again due to banana high fibre dietary content it aid our digestive system to facilitate digestion of food, bowel Management as well as preventing obesity.

Talking about paw-paw; it is one of the best common fruits with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory effects, but sadly many people disregard it whereas eating it contribute to our physical wellbeing.

therefore having underscores the fact that one of the ways by which we can maintain our health is by choosing healthy diet which should includes nutritional fruits, However i myself usually include it in my family's diet and am urging everyone in this platform to do same.

Pls take a look at the background pictures above with bunches of banana and displays of watermelon on a table, that was where I stop to buy banana and watermelon from a fruits seller along new market road Aba Abia State Nigeria while going home from steemit office on the 6th April, 2022.
