Greetings everyone, how has it been with all of us today, hope we are joyful and great, thanks.
Here I want us to consider and look into those foods that can kill people either by continues consumption or by just eating or by over eating of a particular food that's being gluttonous.

  • By a continuous eating. when you over eat certain foods, it will turn to poison in your body.
    Eat with caution and eat that which your body can accept. For a good life, healthy life and for a longer and sicknesses free lives. So that you can enjoy every aspect of your life.
  • By being a glutton, some people eat till the food starts to react against their body until constipation occur, maybe because the food is very tasty or lack of self control.

  • By eating half cooked food, it's a very good advice that you cook your food very well, meat, vegetable, beans, rice and many others, wash with clean water and cook your food properly.

  • By eating wrongfully, all bodies are not the same, there are many foods when you eat them you become completely sick, monitor your body reactions. Understand the signs in your body. Like myself if I use some certain vegetable oil to cook, after eating it, my heart will be beating faster so I don't use all kinds of vegetable oil. I choose those oil that are friendly to my heart.

Many are eating without knowing that those foods are poisonous against their bodies. Make sure you understand the content and calories of the food you are eating.

Food That Can Kill

  • Alcoholic drink
    From age to age, it's been known that alcoholic drinks kill gradually. So many unhealthy contents are part of the ingredients that alcoholic drinks and beverages are made with. Avoid alcoholic drinks and beverages to stay healthy and balanced and alive. A popular advertisement has always said " drink responsibly, it's forbidden for persons under 18 years of age."

  • Smoking
    It's always on the advertisement bill board that "smokers are liable to die young" but I keep wondering why people and many old and young people are very eager and bent on continues smoking , even when they are getting addicted to a particular cigarettes. Please have a rethink if you're involved in this ugly act. Honour your body and save your lives.

  • Honey

Honey has always been recommended for people to take instead of granulated sugar which has been known to be very dangerous. There's a certain dangerous article found in honey that is dangerous and can damage people's livers. Even the Bible recommend people eating honey but still warned that eating honey too much brings sicknesses to the body.
Therefore, we are required to eat honey moderately and as at when due.

    Peanuts here includes fried groundnut and fried cashew. These nuts has oil that has also cholesterol inside it. Some people can eat groundnut and cashew nuts fried and develop high blood pressure instantly. Even peanut butter is also not too acceptable because of the same unacceptable articles found in them by researchers

  • Eggs

Eggs are good but has cholesterol particles that is very dangerous to health. It's said that you don't suppose to eat more than one egg per day.
Eggs turned to omelet can be dangerous to the health of the elderly, therefore adviced to avoid eating eggs either cooked or omelet eggs. It can be tasty in your mouth but a very silence and gradual killer. Avoid eating eggs as adult, it's rather ok for growing kids, but one a day is ok.

  • Not eating breakfast regularly
    It's been noticed that not having regular breakfast can be killing gradually. The negative effects may not be noticed fast but it's taking place. The best thing to do is to find a way to eat your breakfast as regular as possible.

  • Kidney beans.

This is another secret human killer, according to research, it's noticed that kidney beans kills.
It has naturally some killer properties if you did not obey the process to soak in water longer. It's adviced you first of all soak it in a cold water for some hours. Then wash it like twice before you can actually cook it and eat it.

    Fluted pumpkin leaves are very versatile, I mean it's known by many everywhere. We use Its leaves to make vegetable okoro soup when sliced and cooked, we eat with either fufu or mixed gary, very beautiful ❤️❤️. But never you eat the roots. Maybe you had never known about it before now, you better know it now.

  • Rice and assorted vegetables, it was made as source. Nothing was fried. All are fresh vegetables, With white rice.

Carrots, green beans, spring onion, lettuce, a drop of vegetable oil, some Maggie cubes, some sliced fresh tomatoes, a little water, and a Few minutes cooking. That's it, very healthy

Conclusion, by reaserch, I have come to understand that almost all food can kill but it depends on how you cook or prepare them. It's adviced you wash all the washables thoroughly with clean water before we cook our food. It is not every suffering from hypertension is deep in thinking as had been assumed. Majority of them are because of dirty veins, capillaries and poor blood circulation due to unacceptable killing food we have been eating without knowing that they can kill. Let's be extremely careful about what we eat daily. To stay alive. "Let your food be your medicine and your medicine your food"
