Preparing for the business submit
I believe that looking good now is a good business so I got my clothes ready and went to salon to make my hair and a little make up, after that I moved from the saloon to Pwan office.
In pwan office now for the business of the day.
I went to the office very early to assist my newbie on steemit who wanted to learn how to make post on steemit very well, she was there before me, she had all her questions down which made it easy for me to assist her,I showed her how to check plagiarism, to cite location using what3words, how to form a link, how to reply on a post, how to apply markdown on a post.
Who will not be happy to mentor a leader like @yimzyemazor who is very fast in learning, after attending to her she left and I on my part waited with other speakers for the event to start.

The BDM of Pwan Heaven opened the event with a prayer and motivated the audience so that their heart will be moved to listen, after that he called me out as the first motivational speaker, the audience welcomed me with a resounding clapp.
I started by explaining the main purpose of the business submit and why it was specially made for women, don't get tired of reading as I mention the main point of the business submit.
- Statistics shows that 68% realtors that is traders in real estate are women, when it comes to sales marketers 78% of them are women so we want are women to stand up and tap from this billionaires club,I helped them to understand that we need to do what is hard now, what people think that is impossible and start living that life that we want to live. I also emphasized the importance of planning to succeed, if not we will give way to fear and find it difficult to succeed, I told them a lot of success stories about myself, the challenges I faced before I get to where I am now, they should not be afraid of making mistake rather they should look at it as a learning process.

After my speech, Miss Edna was called and after her Barista Itoro, Realtor Emerald, Mr Bassey and Mr Nelson concluded the business talk, all the women that came to financial Women business submit will never remain the same if they put in to action what they learnt, I was motivated while motivating others.
Observation/Conclusion
I observed that women who listened to us were moved to join the company and those who are afraid of prospecting saw the need to do so, few Men that came around regretted not coming with their wives, women are powerful, in Conclusion I have learn new skill of promoting steemit and it will work well, I am happy for your time and patience to read through my post.

I always know that You're a strong woman who never give up easily. Your presentation was simply amazing 🤩 you were making valuable points and I believe many learned from it.
