The Diary Game| Thursday, 29th April 2021 | Better Life With Steem

Woah! I woke up today with a lot of energy, the sound of the alarm was not so annoying today, and as usual I always wake up by 4:30am if I am to go to work. so yes it was 4:30am, I said my morning prayers and tapped my brother to wake up. But he is not in the mood to wake up. I switched on the light and he groaned loudly and pulled his pillow to his face. I had to snatch the pillow away from him, and he was like "ok I am up". So I did my normal morning routine and went to prepare breakfast while he (my brother) had his bath. I finished cooking by 5:43am then moved to the bathroom to have my bath but to my greatest surprise my brother was still inside the bathroom. I got pissed and banged on the door. I asked him if he was giving birth to a baby but he told me that he was almost done. His "almost done" seems like forever. when he was done I had my bath, ate and dressed for work but I remember quickly that I have to work on my Garden which is (my farm work) instantly I called my boss and took permission from him that I will be absent for work today and he gave me the permission.

I left home by 2:30pm, I drove out to the next community (Rumuosi) to check on my crops. To my greatest surprise my corn, pepper and coco yam has grown up and I was so so happy to the extent that the people around are asking why is this boy like this, I said it's God blessing.

After removing all the unwanted plants and putting everything together, then I went back home, I got back home by 4:25pm.

My olfactory nerves were active today, from the gate I knew my brother was in the kitchen. I kept my fingers crossed, praying silently that he should be done with everything so I can just eat. I got inside, moved straight to the kitchen and greeted my brother with a wide smile plastered on my face. I had to freshen up so I can eat, but on my way to the room I noticed there's a girl sitting on the couch. I greeted her and she was like "so you are just seeing now?" That was when I knew that she was sitting there at this while but I was blinded by the aroma of the food. I just smiled to get rid of the awkward situation and went to the room. I went inside, freshened up and came out. After lunch I went straight to narrate how I saw my farm and how good the crops are, by then it was 6:10pm already. when I was done I had to check my steemit community and see newbies and chartted with some friends on WhatsApp till 8:00pm then it was late I took my shower and sleep.
