INTRODUCTION
Good day fellow steemians, I hope you all are doing good today because I am. You’re welcome once again to my blog. Today I will be sharing with you all about my day and my stew cooking experience, what I use in cooking the stew and all that’s required. Do follow me as i take you on a tour.
HOW THE DAY STARTED OUT
So I woke at about 3:00am that morning, I said a short prayer then picked up my Bible along with my jotter as I began to study the word or God and listened to Apostle Selman’s message in other to fully be prepared for devotion teaching which was held by 5:00am till about 6:00am. I went back to sleep afterwards and later woke by 9:00am. I warmed and ate my remaining jollof rice from the previous day then rested a bit before going to the market to buy the food stuff I required to make the soup.

THE COOKING PROCESS
After boiling water and making the garri, I started getting the ingredients ready for the soup. I stated by boiling my meat for 15 minutes then I added 4 spice cubes, I added salt and the left to steam for about 1 min after which I added my fish and pepper mix and other things like the periwinkle, the okra crayfish, red oil, spices all was added according to the timing to ensure the soup turns out sweet. After boiling for about 15 minutes, I stirred it then added pumpkin leaf. I added more salt and red oil then left it to boil for 1 min and finally took it down.
I made vegetable sauce as well by chopping the vegetables, onions, grinding cray fish and fresh pepper, then put groundnut oil on fire, let it steam then add the vegetables and other spices. Stirred it until it was soft enough to eat.

CONCLUSION
I enjoyed the food with two of my roommates who are also active members of the Steemit Platform, in the persons of @peterabagi and @frankness7.
Cooking has always been a hobby coupled with my love for good food.
