The diary game: The never ending season 3. Saturday June 26, 2021

Good morning everyone. Hoping you all had an amazing day. I had an eventful day. It rained heavy last night and this morning was cold yet bright and you could feel the sweet air, as if the rain washed it clean. I had to consult the weather app in my phone to help plan for the day.

Todays weather report

It was 25°C around 8 O'clock and it being the last Saturday of the month, its a sanitation day. I had to cut off the small trees that had been knocked over by last night's rain storm.

14:00 West African time was to be the hottest point in the day, with temperatures as high as 29°C. The lowest was expected to be 23°C. My weather app said I needed no umbrella. And the prediction was true. I had to get to work and keep the place clean too. Besides keeping the workshop clean, I also had plans to go visit the swimming pool. I needed a picture of the pool for my report.

The cleaning experience at the workshop was successful. So I made my way to Altra-fit at Ewet housing.

I was taken round by a guide. He asked if I would love to swim. I did not hesitate to tell him I can't swim. He took me to the pool which I captured from a distance.

He felt my fear of water was baseless, but that did not change anything. Because as I told him "Humans are terrestrials animal" I really don't have to prove anything to a fish. I am hydrophobic and will face my fear one day. But that day was not today. Today, I needed a picture of a swimming pool.
We talked about registering for swimming lessons and other sports. And I made my way home. Looked for a place to Power my phone in preparation for this diary game.
