The city of Port-Harcourt has a lot of amazing area to reside. I was born and brought up in Port-Harcourt and also lived in different parts of the city, i can categorically say the best place to live here is RUMUOLA AREA.

•There's a market at Rumuola area, where things are cheap and affordable
• There are health facilities around, such as Military hospital PortHarcourt and other private hospitals, for easy accessibility.

•The roads here are good and accessible.

Since you have been in this city, what is the most awful moment you’ve ever heard

Whateverhave a advantage also has disadvantage, Port-Harcourt
as a city also has its own ugly parts. One awful moment have ever heard and unfortunately experienced in this city, was in August 2004. At this time the city was battling with cultism issues, lots of shooting and killings happened. One event i wont forget, happened in my street 'Sangana street Mile 1 diobu'. Two cult groups had a clash around 9pm, fortunately for me and my brother we just went to buy a bottle of pepsi, immediately we stepped inside the house, we began to here gun shoots. My neighbors 4year old son was a victim of straight bullets, the bullets pierced into his mouth and hands. Fortunately the boy survived but sustained lots of injuries and scars. I would never forget that day, cause i was so terrified.

The good news is that Port-Harcourt city is now peaceful and has tamed cultism in the city.
