As today is seat at home I woke up at exactly 7:am, did my morning prayers, arranged my bed and did the usual cleaning of the house and its environs. Brushed my teeth and went to the kitchen to prepare for morning breakfast. As I finished preparing the breakfast, I boiled hot water for bathing, five minutes later, I went to the bathroom and had my bath. As I came out from the bathroom, rubbed my body cream, got dressed and took my breakfast. Hours later a friend visited me as I wanted to stroll out, we had a business discussion on how to move on. One hour later, I saw her off and asked my junior sister to help me loose my hair and wash it for me so that I could look neat and get ready for tomorrow's activities.
At about 1:00pm in the afternoon, I started getting ready for lunch as you can see in the pictures, the ingredients for yam porridge I planned to cook:

Let's go to the kitchen
As shown above I have the
- yam,
- palm oil,
- scent leave,
- maggi,
- dry bonga fish,
- onions,
- crayfish,
- pepper and
- salt for taste, Because without salt the food will be tasteless.

I started cooking the yam by peeling it and cutting it in cubes, wash it and put it inside the pot, add desired water, lite the gas and put it on top of the cooking gas as seen below:
Cover the pot and allow the yam to boil for five minutes, then add the ingridients and allow to cook for thirty minutes, the yam will cook properly gets done and soft, then I add the scent leave and salt, two seconds I put the yam down, is ready to serve.
All of us in the house enjoyed the meal happily.
