Life is broken in to years, months, weeks, days etc. This is to help us set goals for ourselves and also measure our achievement at every given stage. Here I'm going to be showing you few things you should do to make each week an addition to your life.
Put Your Past Behind
You can't put a new wine in an old bottle, carrying your past troubles, depression, worries angers into a new week will only Rob you of all the blessings that the new week brings. In other to embrace the new opportunities that your new week brings, you must let go of your past. Your past if not cut off will close your eyes against seeing what you have to see. Detachment from history is an attachment to destiny.
Write Down Your Goal
If you want to have a great week, write out the few things you want to achieve in the new week. Don't want to carry everything, chose things that are very important and go for them. Set out goals that are realistic and go to them.
Avoid Distraction
Distraction is one of things that can stop you from achieving your goals and having a great week. Don't go to places that are not necessary, attend only to things that boast your goal.
Ensure you rest when necessarily
As you work to see that your goals are actualized, remember to take out time to rest. Working and not resting put your health at a very high risk. I'm so sure you wouldn't want your body to break so take up some time to rest. Also ensure you eat properly.
Read new books
Create times where you can introduce new things into your mind, get informed and your life will be colourful. Books keep your mind active, it keeps you ahead in life.
Carry your goal with you everywhere you go, as you accomplish them write them down. That way, you will have a great week
