Hello friends and steemians, greetings to you all. Trust you are doing great. I am delighted to let you know how i make my own draw soup using ogbono and okra. It is a very delicious soup that goes well with swallow of your choice but most prefer it with fufu. Please follow me religiously let me tell you how i prepare it. I learnt it from a friend and i want to share it with you. How about that? Awesome! Isn't it? This soup is healthy as well as delicious. Come on let's learn with steem.

PREPARATION PROCEDURES

The ingredients for this soup is well labeled on the picture section of the post. Please study them very well to understand them and to recognize them when you see them. I will be mentioning them in due course. Get them from any African store or from a local market.
Wash the assorted meat and steam with salt, onions, seasoning cube and fresh chili pepper till tender. Soak the stock fish with hot water and wash, wash the dry smoked fish and add to the meat. Add it to the meat and and steam to tender as well. Slice the okra, grind the ogbono seeds, grind crayfish, slice onions, slice the leave, and get every other ingredients ready. When the stock is ready, turn it over to a bowel and place the empty pot on fire. Add red oil and when it is a little hot, or warm, add salt and onions, add the grinded ogbono to desolve. Once it has properly desolve, add back the stock and whatever quantity of water that will be enough for the quantity of the ogbono and okra you have. Allow it on fire for about 15 to 20 minutes. After that, add grinded crafish, and every other ingredients to taste but not the okra and leaf. Then finally add the okra, periwinkle and uziza leaf. Allow it to cook for just 5 minutes and bring down. The soup is ready. Enjoy with any swallow of your choice.

You can choose to prepare it without okra, but I like it. You can choose to ignore onions, you can choose to ignore African nutmeg. But adding them all is the best
