Introduction
Hello ladies and gentlemen, trust you are all doing well? Mhenn, their cooking challenge has made to eat better cooked food for one week now. It's like I don't know how to cook, but the time to cook. No time, no time but I have actually developed time by force. It's actually a good thing participating in the food challenge because am also learning new cooking skills.
All thanks to @steemalive for bringing this our way......
I will be sharing with you how to prepare a porridge unripe plantain.
Steps in preparing your porridge plantain
•Peel off the the plantain cover and slice into small units or desired size.
•Blend your crayfish and pepper 🌶️, set aside. Cut onions and set aside.
•put the sliced plantain into a pot and add all ingredients desired to cook with add also your spices cube, set on fire, allow to boil. You can also per boil the plantain first then sieve out the water then put fresh water and allow to boil before adding your ingredients.
•After about 20mins, add oil then cover and allow to boil for another 10mims. (You can cook for a minimum of 40mims depending on the size of the sliced plantain.) Do not stir after adding oil, just cover and allow to boil.
•Add the sliced vegetables and stir,, add salt to taste. Cover for 2mins and bring down. Your food is ready.......
I hope you enjoyed my meal.......Thank you all for visiting my blog......
