We lost all the triplets delivered in the Hospital due to the vicious circle of poverty, ignorance and disease prevalent in Africa.
The woman didn't register in any health facility. Even when she was in labour, she refused to go to hospital.
She went to prayer house/deliverance center. She presented to the hospital after more than 48 hours of difficult labour. No scan was done, so no one envisaged twins talkless of triplets.
The leading twin presented with hand. But God was gracious to prevent triple jeopardy as all babies were delivered without caesarean section. That's Africa for you. May God have mercy on us.
