The meal I enjoyed within the week
Introduction
Here we are again.food is one of the thing that keeps us going and going a day without food is something I will not intentionally do unless maybe am fasting or peraonal reasons. But any how This is the meals I enjoyed within the week.
Meal 1
custard,milk and beans
This food was prepared by my friend.i visited her and she served me with this delicious food.I enjoyed this her food so much.

- milk
- fresh pepper
- fresh tomatos
- Garlic
- Red oil
- Dry fish.
- Custard
I did not ask how much .since I was just a visitor.
Meal 2
Banana
I bought this banana on my way to my house is just 300naria that is.7steem.
Why I like banana
Banana is very rich with good vitmains that makes the body healthy.I like using the peel as face scrub. I ATE THE BANANA IN THE Afternoon.
Meal 3
moi-moi
Moi-moi is one of the food I enjoyed within the week.looking at it you will see how tasty it is.

- small Ginger
- Dry fish
- seasoning
- Oil
- Water.
I made the moi-moi.and it cost me only 2500 naria.22.7steem.
Why I like eating this food
This food is simple to prepare if only you knows how to do it.moi-moi has protein which is very good for a normal growth in us.I ate this food in the Morining.
Meal 4
bush meat
This is my evening food.I went out with my husband so we stopped by to eat this meat.It is sold by Ibeaku U turn in Uyo Akwaibom state.The owner of this place sells the bush meat with palmwine,beer,water and soft drinks.We bought this plate 1500.It was garnished with onions and utazi leaf.Utazi has a little bitter taste that is good for the stomach.
Meal 5
beans ,cucumber,milk, milo and garri
I choose protein food this week.If you check all my food it all has protein. Because we need it.It is bone builder. This time since I have some beans left from the moimoi I did .I cooked the remaining and enjoyed it with garri and cucumber.
Who made the food.
Is your favourite friend @okere-blessing.It cost me just 1000 naria since I have other things at home.These my morning food carries almost all the food classes.take a look at the cucumber for easy digestion.milk for strong bones and garri for energy.
