Good morning my fellow steemians, I want to share with us my little experience in cassava processing.
Where I come from we were taught how to do alot of home chores which includes Cassava processing, baking of chinchin, frying of groundnut and many more. But today I want us to talk about Cassava processing.
Firstly, Cassava is one of the vital food in ibo(Igbo) land which helps to keep us healthy and stronger. Amongst all the chores my mum taught me,it is one of my best, I love silving it and I love pilling it too

Processed cassava
After this process we wait for four days for it to ferment and we will silve it. Let me show you some pictures of my silving the cassava after four days

After this process, you allow the water to go out from it through a bag and then pound it and it becomes food.
Cassava processing is not only used for making Fufu, u can also use it to make garri and Abacha. These foods is one of the major food in ibo (Igbo) land and Nigeria at large. It has been helping the nation both economically and other wise.
This process is what I call cassava processing, its end product is Fufu. And if you want to enjoy you Fufu, just prepare a very nice ora soup or egwusi soup.
Thanks for reading my post
That's all for Fufu processing.

Very thoughtful of you.
But @paragonlily when next you prepare any food.
We are patiently waiting to see the end product.
It's important, if possible take a selfie with it
