INTRODUCTION
good day beautiful people, am sharing my experience about head lice.
HOW I TREATED LICE IN MY HEAD
head lice are tiny, wingless, parasitic insects that live in human hair. They can also be hard to get rid of. The eggs are known as nits. The lice need human blood to survive
A louse injects saliva into the host while feeding to prevent blood from clotting. This can result in an allergic, itching sensation for the host. Head lice are usually caught directly from another person through direct head-to-head contact.
Why am talking about lice is I caught the lice on my hair, through a friend that came to sleep over in my room, she didn't tell me she had lice on her hair. And my newly braided hair is just 4days old. Some days after I started having severe itching, discomfort on my hair. I thought it was dandruff and I apply anti dandruff on my hair still it makes matter worst. I have to go the pharmacy for them to check what have caused the severe itching and discomfort, what they found was LICE omg how did it happened, I just make my hair few days ago,? I have to go to the salon to lose the braided hair.
The used camphor and kerosene to cure the disease. Here's the procedure
Grind 3 mold of camphor and add 120ml of kerosene, apply to the hair. Cover the hair using nylons and leave for like 30mins. Remove the nylons and wash off the substance using shampoo. Dry your hair using dryer and the disease are gone.
CONCLUSION
Having lice wasn't an easy stuff for me, I lost weight just few days I had the lice in my hair because of continuous sucking of blood from my head. Am really thankful to God that it been cured and gaining my weight back.
