Health benefit of taking fruits.like Banana,Apple And Water melon.
Hey guys this is delicious by eating fruits,get fruits eat them and enjoy the extreme benefits of it.
I enjoy taking fruits, cause is healthy to the body.so guys lets go and find out types of fruit and the health benefits they work or do in our body.you all are welcome to my blog for todays teaching.
I will want to talk about the 3 fruits i love taking,almost every day.they are:
1.Banana.
2.Apple.
3.Watermelon.
Here we proceed to the fruits and it's health benefits.
We are going to talk about Banana.
Banana is a fruit loved by people around the world.in this post, you will learn alot about banana, facts about the history health and beauty benefits.
Banana are fruits because they naturally contain the seeds of it's plant,however the banana plant itself is considered to be a herb, because it's stem is succulent instead of woody.infact the banana plant is the world largest flowering herb plant.

Banana is an english and general name people know it for, but in our local dialect as an igbo lady we call it unere,which is banana.

Banana are incredibly healthy,convenient,delicious and one of the most inexpensive fresh fruit you can but.this makes it an excellent choice for anyone intrested in staying healthy.
Banana contains many essential nutrients.
Here are some health benefits of banana.
1.It is rich in nutrients.
2.It moderates your blood sugar level after meal.
3.Supports digestive health.
4.It balances the heart.
The next one is Apple.

Apple is an edible fruits produced by an apple tree,which are cultivated in the whole wide world.apple has about 20 calories.they are fat-free and cholestrol free.and also an excellent source of fiber.

Apple is an english name being known by people,but there is a local name for it which is known as Apul or Achicha.
WHAT ARE THE HEALTH BENEFIT OF APPLE.
Apple are incredibily nutrient fruit that offers multiple health benefits.They are rich in fiber and antioxidants.eating them is linked to a lower risk of many chronic conditions.including diabetes,heart disease and cancer.
Apple may also promotes weight loss and improve gut and brain health.
Here are some beneficiary of taking Apple.
1.It is nutritious.
2.It has vitamin c.
3.Is antioxidants.
4.It clears the heart and avoids the rate of cancer.
5.It helps reduces stress and hypertension.
The last fruit is watermelon.
Wow!!! Watermelon, hence their name are made up of 92%water.is also one of the only fruits to be classified as a fruit and a vegetable.it also contains 6% of sugar.is said to be a healthy fruit that has only 40 calories,yet it has more lycopene than any other fruit.
Watermelon is also high in vitamin c and a good source of fiber.
THE LOCAL NAME OF WATER MELON.
Water melon is a popular name we call it,but there are names which one and every of us calls it,but here in igbo tribe we call it Anyu Mmiri.cause is more of water while taking it.
WHAT ARE THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF WATER MELON.
Water melon is said to keep you hydrated. Contains an anticancer prevention,it makes your skin look fresh and healthy.
Here are some tips or health benefits of water melon.
1.It improves metabolism.
2.It helps with weight loss.
3.Has an effective rich source of antioxidants.
4.Very good for the eyes.
5.Very good for the cleansing of heart.
CONCLUSION
Eating pleanty of fruits, especially the ones i mentioned contributes to good health and protect us against a number of disease,at least 2 serve fruit are recommended every day for good health living.
The more fibre, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants you will consume.
Healthy eating is not more expensive.
Stay healthy every day by eating fruits.
