INTRODUCTION:

In our betterlife health talk today 20/01/2022, we will be talking about
the connection between BLOOD GROUP TYPE AND FOOD we eat are very important to discuss. We are aware that we are not familiar with wellness and ill-health. We can not say for sure that we know everything about every food stuff, and how they react to our systems.

MAJOR CLASSIFICATIONS OF HUMAN BLOOD GROUP TYPES

The classification of all human beings into four major blood group types: O, A, A, and AB is very important.
Each class has a distinct biochemical properties and propensities at cellular level. It had been discovered that this same principle can be used to classify plants and animals. In other words, some plants and animals we eat as food have these blood group types.

Therefore, the interaction between our bodies and the foods we eat is a function of the nature of both the food we eat and our blood group type.

That is the reason "a food is good for one person, and the same food is bad to the other person".

That is why some people may lose weight on a particular diet, while others gain weight on the same diet. That is why some people retain vitality late in life, while others deteriorate mentally and physically.

The blood type principle has helped us very well to understand and explain these paradoxes.
Now, it is proven that the blood group type can be used as a guide in our search for good health.

There is no right and wrong type of lifestyle or dieting; there are only right and wrong choices to be made based on our knowledge of blood group type and food connection. We must understand the compatibility of food to our blood group type.

The importance of this blood group type rests on the following factors:

  1. Your blood type is a powerful genetic fingerprint.
  2. When you use the knowledge of your blood group type as a guidepost for eating and living, you will be healthy, you will naturally have your ideal weight, and slow your processes of aging.
  3. Your blood group type is more reliable measure of your identity than race, culture and geography.
  4. Your blood group type is the key to your body's entire immune system. It controls the invasion and influence of virus, infection, bacteria, fungal, etc. It determines how your body utilizes chemical, handles stress and stressful conditions that might affect your immune system
