Goodmorning everyone, hope your nights were splendid...as for me, i couldnt catch much sleep because i was studying for my exam today. I slept around 11:20pm last night and woke up at 1:05am, then started studying. I will study until 4am then, i will sleep til 5am. I will then carry on with my normal morning routine. My exam today is by 10am and i also have an emergency meeting at work at 9am, i really dont know how to handle both but then, i will just wait.. More updates coming up.

Good morning friends, it's nice to see the breaking of a new day. I hope you all are doing well this day? I actually woke up by 5:48am, the night wasn't a bad one until power holdings took their light. From then till now, the heat has not been friendly. Anyway when I got up from bed, I took my warm lon water. After that I got alittle busy with preparing the school boy.

Good morning dear family. Hopefully you all had a good sleep? Mine was good as well. Today I woke up at 5:30am and started hunting for water which took me about 1 hour 30 minutes to get water and transport to the house. Immediately I made the food to be taken to the hospital and got ready for school. I passed at the hospital to check on the patients and it wasn't good at all. Lesley was a little okay but my sister has a bad situation. I felt sad and sorry for her at the same time and I spent about 45 minutes there before leaving for school. At the moment I'm on my way to school now. I have a class at 11:00am but I need to go early to have some time to study before the class begins. See you guys later with more from me.

It is a good thing to be alive. As today is Friday, I woke up earlier at about 1:45am to check my market online and then studied for while before sleeping back at past 3am.
So today, I won't be at school for anything. I don't have any class, so I am just gonna be home to study and do one or two of the assignments in the @crypto-academy group. It promises to be a very busy day but I know I will cope like I have always done.

So after dropping the kids at school, i rushed to get ready for the meeting at the office first which was at 9am. So i tried staying for the meeting and left at 9:30am because the exam was starting by 10am. So getting to school, the exam was about to school. Spotlight of the Day "Banana Fruit"
It is not surprising that the Israelites were longing to go back to Egypt because of the fruits rather than the manna God was giving them. Fruits are usually attractive!
Out of the many fruits above, I isolate the one needed for today's spotlight which is Banana fruit.
There are many health benefits of eating Banana fruits, such as:
Vitamin B6 which helps the body to produce RBC, metabolize carbohydrates, fats & amino acids, removal of unwanted chemicals and maintain healthy nervous system.
Vitamin C which protect your body against cell & tissue damage, helps in iron absorption, production of collagen and it support brain health as well.
Manganese which is good for our skin.
Potassium which is good for heart and blood pressure.
Aid Digestion which is good in managing gastrointestinal issues like; Constipation, Stomach Ulcer & Heartburn.
Gives Energy because it contain 3 natural harmless sugars such as; sucrose, fructose & glucose.
With all these analysis, it will be unfair to my body system if I resist the urge to eat banana fruit this afternoon.

Good evening all sorry I came online a bit late tonight, my battery was very low but it have gathered a little life now, I hope all your days activities went well, mine was fine but only that the person I had appointment today disappointed me but hopefully tomorrow will be better, I ate Yoruba type of rice and stew with egg tonight, even though I am not familiar with this type of dish since mum never served us with egg, it's either fish or meat but I must confess that the meal is not bad, it's taste and delicious, I wish you all a good night rest bye.

Good evening my fellow steemians,
How was your day and I hope is was okay, mine was good.
As I just close from work and trekke down to bus stop and then and enter keke that is going to my destination that is immaculate Junction and that was where I get to a place that the sell banana which was our today's spotlight task report and which I have to snap it picture and post.

Good evening once more my friends. It's a good and great evening. First thing is that my junior brother has been discharged from the hospital and I'm so happy about it. I was informed when I went visiting at the hospital so only my sister is left and I pray for her quick recovery. When I got home I was so happy to see my personal person strong again we started our game of selfies as usual.
Secondly the chats on the @steemAlive almost cracked my bubbles this evening. It's been fun chatting with interesting people and @focusnow seem to be always on the soya stand. We all love him that's why.
Talking about the spotlight for today is banana.... It's a fruit with great nutritional values like vitamins, energy and aids in digestion. It's a fruit loved by so many people but unfortunately one of my worst fruits.

My 1st LID Report
Good day my fellow steemians. I hope you all are having a measure of success in your activities for today. My night was good but I got an early morning call that took my entire morning time, that's why am post my 1st report late.
