Mondays are for contests isn't it? We want to make sure to continue in this tradition. So today, we want to unveil yet another contest that you will like to see. This contest is called 3 Square Meals. You have probably heard about this term or even used it yourself. So lets see how it will turn out in this contest. Read on to get the details.

The Contest - 3 Square Meal

We all eat everyday and do enjoy great food. So now, its time to talk about your meals for the day. So in this 3 Square Meal contest, we want to see what your breakfast, lunch and dinner for a chosen day looks like. Today the economy is not so easy for everyone, so in this contest we also want to see what it takes to put food on your table.

What you need to do

Choose any day of the week for this contest and write about your 3 meals for the day. One of the meals to feature MUST BE a local soup. Here are other things you must include in your entry for this contest.

• Name/Description and a clear image of the meals
• A picture or selfie of you enjoying the each meal
• How much it costs (in Steem) to get the meal done
• How much it costs you in total to eat the 3 Square meals
• A step by step explanation (cooking guide) of how to prepare the local Soup. Include screenshots of ingredients and preparation process

The rules

1. To do this contest, you must be a verified member of SteemAlive community.
2. You must publish each post in SteemAlive Community with the title: : "3 Square Meals - Take a look at my Breakfast, lunch and Dinner for [add day and date]"
3. Drop your link as an entry to the post on or before Friday - 24/9/2021

How winners are selected

We will insist on quality and creativity of your presentation

• Be detailed: Try to be creative and detailed. Give us as much information as you can to make your article rich.
• Number of quality Comments: We will count the number of comments you made on other participants post. It will be a factor in determining your winning position.

• Formatting: At least use justify alignment and centered headings to make your work look neat
• Originality: Please only use your own images for this contest

The Contest Prize - 30 Steem

The total Steem Prize is 60 steem. Here is how we have arranged it:

• 1st Position: 10 Steem
• 2nd Position: 7 Steem
• 3rd Position: 5 Steem
• 4th - 16th Position: 1 Steem

Each valid entry must get a vote from the community curation trail. The top 5 positions will get a submit to booming
