to make an entry today.I wish to share to you all how to prepare red oil jollof rice.
Permit me to list the procedure for the preparation and the ingredients involved in the preparation.
INGREDIENTS
•Red Oil
•Rice
•Dry fish
•Onions
•Maggi Cube
•Salt
•Fresh Pepper

PROCEDURE
•Introduce enough quantity of red oil in the pot and allow it to heat up a little.

•Next add the fish,maggi cube,salt ,onions, pepper and then add water.

•Taste the mixture to check the level of palatability.If the taste is okay by you,then you have to cover the pot and allow it to boil for 10 to 15 minutes while still covered.
NB:The 10 to 15 minutes gives the food a proper and palatable taste.
•Next thing is to wash the rice with warm water for three good times.
•Then introduce the rice into the boiling pot,stir properly and taste the mixture.It the taste is not okay to you,then you add more of the ingredients.
Once the taste has been okayed by you.Then kindly cover the pot and allow it to boil for 20 minutes.
The Pot is covered
After the 20 minutes interval,you can bring down the pot or off the gas.
Wow,the food is now ready.You can savour the delicious taste of of red oil rice.
