Hello friends.Trust you all are fine.I am here again to write on how to prepare Afan Soup.Afan soup is a very delicious soup in Nigeria,it could be enjoyed with wheat,garri,semovita or fufu.
INGREDIENTS
•Water leaf
•Ukazi
•Onions
•Red Oil
•Salt
•Dry fish
•Meat
•Dry Pepper

PROCEDURE
Slice the Ukazi and wash it with a clean water.Wash and slice the water leaf too.
Next step is to wash the meat and steam it,also wash the fish and steam it also.Go ahead and slice the washed onions.
Now,put an empty pot of the gas cylinder,add red oil to the dry pot and allow it to get hot.
When it is hot,add onions and allow it for some seconds and then add your waterleaf.Then stir it together and add pepper and then keep the pot open so that the water will dry properly.
Then add the already parboiled meat and fish and cover the pot for about 3 minutes and then add salt,followed by adding the Ukazi,stir it together and taste it.
Finally add more red oil,cover for 3 minutes.Now the Ukazi and Water leaf soup is ready for consumption.It looks yummy.
