Introduction

Greetings , fellow ladies, how are you guys doing today?, I hope you guys are doing great, I'm really excited to be part of this amazing contest.

Well, today I will be sharing with guys on how to cook vegetable soup.

Ingredients I used for preparing the vegetable soup

Fish,
Water leaf,
pumpkin leaf,
red oil,
crayfish,
okra,
ogili,
salt,
onion,
pepper , and
Maggi.

Steps in preparing vegetable soup

First cut the vegetables into bite sized piece and also slice the okra and onions.

Grind the crayfish, pepper and other grindable ingredients.

Put the pot on fire , heat it for like three seconds.

Add the red oil inside the pot and heat it on fire.

Add okra, onion, ogili, and crayfish inside the pot, then add two cups of water to pot , turn and cover the pot for some minutes.(reason for adding the okra is to make the oil relax).

Open the pot and add fish and other ingredients, turn it and cook for five minutes until the ingredients boil and turn together.

Now, add the vegetables inside the soup and boil until the vegetables became soft and have good tenure.

Taste your food and adjust any seasoning if needed , cover and boil for some minutes and bring it down.

Food is ready 🤩

Boil hot water for preparing garri flour,
when the hot water is boiled , prepare the garri flour and serve your food.

And there you have a hearty vegetable soup that's perfect for a chilly day 😜.

Here are some benefits of vegetable soup.

★Vegetable soup helps in improving our skin appearance.

★Vitamins and minerals in the vegetables soup can help strengthen our immune system and protect it against diseases.

★It is low in cholesterol, the vegetables in the soup contains a lot of dietary fiber, which aid our digestion and lower cholesterol.

★Vegetable soup is full of water, this can help keep our body hydrated.

finally is advisable to eat a lot of vegetables, vegetables does much work in our body system.
I would conclude by staying that vegetable soup can be a nutritious and satisfying meal when prepared with wholesome ingredients and balanced with food from other groups. It can be combined easily with other food group.
With the above we can see that consumption of vegetable soup or vegetables promotes the overall health of the body. But always take it in moderation.

Hello friend, this is a wonderful recipe you write it out here. And it is really easy as one can learn from you.
Actually, vegetables soup is one of the delicious delicacy and I'm blessed to have eaten that from mum when ever she cooks it.

You know what? My sis doesn't like it atall, dispite puting all the ingredients, she prefers going on an empty stomach that to eat it, whatever her reasons her, for me? I enjoy this soup and looking at the end result of your cooking, it shows your a great cook, maybe one of these days you'll have to share your home address and also an invite.
