Hello guys how are you guys hope you all are well. So, our blog is on emotions. What are emotions?
It's a feeling that exists within every human being.Emotions are a very important part of human life. These enable humans to understand each other and communicate with them.Emotions control what people do, how they react to something, or how upset they are about something.
Emotions are responsible for a person's thoughts or what they are feeling or how worried they are about something. Emotions are of two types, positive and negative. Positive emotions are those that you might want to have, such as love, happiness, courage, appreciation, inspired, proud, etc. And on the other hand, there are negative emotions that we don't want to have and never want to feel, such as fear, despair, loneliness, hopeless, and sadness.
If you have those emotions, you're satisfied, like after a good night's sleep, or you're angry after leaving something unfinished, or you're nervous or worried about your exams and finals. And sometimes people make wrong decisions due to their emotions. Because emotions cannot be created or erased, but we can control them. Just as there are two types of surprise, if something gives a person great pleasure, then he is surprised .And when something disappoints or shocks him as much, he is still surprised.These are also human emotions. If we learn how to control our emotions, we can make many more good decisions in our life. It is not easy to control them, but if a human keeps trying and control his emotions. It teach us to live according to our decision. it tells us how we should react in danger and happy situations. Emotions are very beautiful, they can make a person's life better or worse, it all depends on the person. They teach a person to live, teach him to manage himself according to his circumstances, these emotions tell a person how he should improve his life.
If a person loses control over his emotions, he creates a lot of difficulties in life for himself,As a person in anger makes many wrong decisions which he later realizes and regrets. We should understand the emotions of others as well as ourselves, what they are feeling at that moment, what effect our words have on someone, whether someone likes our words good or bad.
As I said we cannot eliminate emotions but we can control them so if we are ever feeling very lonely then we should think of something that makes us happy. For example, sometimes when we are crying, we should remember things that make us happy so that we can control or change our emotions. Emotions have a huge impact on our lives, they enable us to make many right decisions and prevent wrong decisions. Sometimes a person should share his emotions with others, if a person keeps it inside, they can be very wrong for him, so we should understand the emotions of others and share our emotions with eachothers. So these emotions are those within us that we cannot get out of our lives even if we want to, nor can we get rid of them.Because it is a feeling inside us.So, we can control them or improve our lives by controlling them or Can spoil.It all can depend on our choice.
