My niece became a chef at 15 years old she started from being a foodie and boom before you know it she started cooking everyone’s meal. He way she is so intentional about it and passionate too is heartwarming. And I think she’ll be successful with it without having to go to a culinary school.

Let’s talk about why I chose to blog about it

I went to my sisters place yesterday to visit. Getting there, my niece couldn’t allow me to breathe with food 🥘 every now and then, she would ask auntie gift what do you want to eat? Well I couldn’t take it so I ask her to prepare just noodles for me and she really surprise me with it big time 🕰️

I watch her closely to see how she prepare the noodles 🍜. Read below!

Noodles ingredients and preparation

• Noodles
• Oil
• Pepper
• Onion
• Crayfish
• The noodles spicy 🌶️
• moi-moi

Preparation

She first parboil the noodles 🍜 then pour into a sieve.
She then rises the pot, then put it on the gas stove add oil, stir fry her sauce then add the noodles. She cover and allow to cook for like 8mins and everything was ready for consumption.

Afternoon

Later at noon, she made another delicious delicacy gizzdodo Mehn the girl keeps surprising me with mouthwatering meal

I don’t know how she made this but she is an amazing cook it is the reason why I call her a chef
