THE DIARY GAME #43: SHARE YOUR DAY WITH US

Hello 👋 friends. I appreciate the @steemforladies for the task of writing a dairy game. Thank you for reading my post.

Its another day to visit my dairy. I started my day with singing some gospel songs. After that, I prayed with my husband. We prayed for our family members, our mothers, our siblings, our friends, our marriage and for the peace of our country Nigeria.

After that, I got up and did my chores and prepared myself and my husband for work.
It was raining in the morning so we left for work in the rain. My husband dropped me off at my work place and passed to his. After sometime the rain stopped around 9am. Morning devotion was held in classes.

I usually start my classes by 8:20a.m but I started class activities at about 8:40a.m because some of the kids could not come to school early as a result of the rain. I gave my kids a test on Creative Writing, on the topic "My home town". I was so happy after marking because they wrote very well.

OUR SPORT TIME

Thank God the weather became bright for us to do sport. We usually go out for sport from 9:45a.m to10:35a.m. At sport ground, I directed my kids on how to play the game called "thug of war". It's a game where you divide the pupils into two groups. Each group will stand on straight line with one person standing behind each other and holding on to one another firmly.
Each group will do the same thing and their leaders will face each other in an opposite direction. They will thug their hands to each other firmly and get ready to drag. The instructor will draw a line in between the two group leaders and then shout to the hearing of all group members to get ready to pull each other. When the two groups are ready, the instructor then shouts "Start". Any group that pulls the other across the line become the winners. We did it for two times and the boys won the game for the two times we played.

We played another game called " fire on the mountain". This one the kids will stand in a circle and hold each other hands. Two pupils will stay outside the circle. When other start singing there is fire on the mountain song.

One of the pupils outside the circle will pursue the other until he or she catches the other. After sport we took a selfie before going back to class. We had fun playing together outside.

Shortly after, my husband called me to check my WhatsApp and see his message. Behold he sent me some pictures, he was home already and was doing laundry.

I was so happy seeing this cause I was already thinking of how to do laundry. My husband is the best😉.
After the day's work at school, we prayed when it was time to dismiss. The children left home as their parents came for them. I left school and went home around 3 o'clock in the afternoon.

MY MEAL

When I got got home I made porridge beans for myself and my husband. All I needed to cook with was; selected beans, pepper, palm oil, maggi, onions, salt and cray fish (optional). The process I used for two cups of porridge beans:

1. First thing I did was to select the beans.
2. I put them in pot.
3. I added about 70cl of water and cook for 15 minutes.
4. I brought it down, added more water and sieved out the water.
5. I turn them into the pot again and added another water and cook till it was soft.
6. I added two cubes of maggi, half teaspoon of salt, onions, pepper (according to how I like pepper) and crayfish (optional).
7. I added oil moderately and turn it to have a porridge beans.
8. My food was ready.
   

NO ELECTRICITY POWER SUPPLY

Later in the evening I strolled out to a bar nearby with my husband to sit down and power our devices since we don't have power supply in my area (our transformer is faulty). My husband bought popcorn for us to eat while waiting for our phones to charge.

We went home later and I thanked God for a successful day and went to bed.
