"First Day of my School 🏫"

Hi Ladies, welcome to my blog. I believe your day is going smoothly. Mine is fine and I thank God for his Grace. Am excited to join this contest hosted by @aviral123 in steem for ladies community with the topic "First Day of my School 🏫". I will begin by answering the contest questions.

🏫 Can you recall your first day of school? What was the most memorable moment?

Honestly, I can't recall my first day in school. All what I know is my mother told me how I was happy that I will be going to school but when the day came which was actually Monday. After preparing me and what I will take to school. Dress me up and took me to school, that Immediately my father drop me and the teacher that was there came to carry me, I started crying 😭, screaming mummy ooooo, mummy ooooo , mummy ooooo.

Wanted to follow them home. She said other kids there were laughing at me while others were also crying like me but they had to leave me there till after school closes, they came back and took me home.

🏫 How did you feel on your very first day of school? Excited, nervous, or a mix of emotions?

I was not excited and I dont think that there's any child that will be excited in the first day of school. I was very nervous and a mix of emotions crying that I want to go home with my mummy and there's this unhappy song they normally sing for a
child that is crying which made me to felt sad, thinking why my parents decided I should go to school.

🏫 Did you make any new friends on your first day? If so, how did you initiate the friendship?

Absolutely no. I didn't make any friend on my first day. I think other children who were in the same class with me, will want to come and say sorry to me and even my teacher then will want to play with me or do something in order for me not to cry.

🏫 How did your parents or guardians help prepare you for your first day of school?

Parents are really trying I must appreciate them. I know my parents prepare me very well before I started school. They went and make enquiry in the school before registering me. They collect the school sample uniform with the style. Bought the material and sew it for me. Bought my school shoe, bag, pencil and 20leaves for me.

They day I started school, she prepare fry plantain for me. According to her, she said I brought the food back home as she package it, Which means I didn't eat the food because she left me there all alone.

🏫 If you could go back and change one thing about your first day of school, what would it be and why?

Hahahaha, if I could go back and change one thing in my school, I will only change the song the teacher always say other children should sing to any child that is crying. The song goes this way

Cry, cry baby.
You want to see your mummy
You want to see your daddy
Shame.............

Shame, shame shame, shame........

This song is painful. Anytime children will sing this song to any child. The child will cry the more because in the shame part, all the children will be pointing ten finger🙌 to your face.
