Tell your story#10 (Honesty pays better)

Greetings my fellow ladies, I am delighted to participate in this contest, I will be sharing my story to you all. I appreciate @ruthjoe for organising this contest.

MY STORY

I have a friend who got married few months after my own, she is a business woman, she is into fashion and designing, she design most of my dresses and she is very good at her work. The story is not really about my friend but her husband.

Her husband stayed in his uncle's shop and was the one running the business for him, he has served his uncle for years even before he got married, his aim and agreement was for his uncle to settle him at the end of a stipulated time, the uncle agreed and the man has been serving him honestly, he runs that business as his own, he make returns everyday.

The husband manages the shop so well that people think he is the owner of the business, he repairs everything that is faulty, he pays other workers on time, in short he was just so good with his uncle business. The good part is that he was diligent in his work, he took time to learn about the business and he was so familiar with everything in it , the prizes, the company supplying the materials and the business network, he was so familiar with it all.

Now the time has come for his uncle to settle him, the uncle wanted to play smart on him and label him a thief, he got the husband beaten up and had his laptop seized, he made boys to pursue him out of the shop, giving restrictions that they should not allow my friends husband to get close to the business premises, the husband was down with so much thought, he went home sad, thinking about how he will take care of his wife, he went back home and narrated everything to his wife which happens to be my friend, the wife which is an action woman got angry, went to the police station filled a case and got his uncle arrested, they label the uncle a thief also for stealing the husband laptop, they charged the case to court.

The uncle was arrested, he returned the laptop and plead with them to close the file and withdraw the court case, the wife insisted he must settle her husband, the uncle pleaded that he has no money to settle him that he has squandered all the money the guy has been making for him , I told my friend and her husband to let the matter slide, they should think about how to start up their own life, they listened and withdrew the case and close the file at the station.
My friend and her husband started saving up some money, happily for us, the husband launched his own shop yesterday and we were present to back him up.

LESSON:

1. When choosing a marriage mate, choose someone who is supportive and brave, my friend helped her husband to recover the laptop that was seized because of her braveness.

2. In anything we are doing we have to work wholeheartedly, my friend's husband worked honestly to his uncle, he knew everything about the business and that makes it possible for him to start up his own freely without undergoing any training and God blessed him very well for that.

3. The uncle did not do a good thing that is why his ending is sad, his shop has been mismanaged, and his running low, all his customers are now patronising my friends husband, so we need to stick to agreement nomatter the situation so that we can be free from punishment and be blessed by God.
