Hope you all are good and having an amazing weekend.
It's good to be sharing how my day went with you today and I'd hope that you all enjoy reading from me today.

So here's a little or sneak pick into how my day went.

IN THE MORNING

I woke up as early as 5:00am to complete on my case preparation. I've had a tedious day previously and I've gone to bed so late. I worked tirelessly at work the previous day so just nothing brings me to the office the following day.

It is the norm in our office that when you were able to finished up with your weekly assigned task on Thursday, you have no business with the office on Friday. So we're always eager to clear our desk before Fridays. Meanwhile, not working on Friday does not mean that if you have cases slated on Friday, you won't be going to Court. No, if you've case on Fridays, you have to go for it and go home afterwards. So, that was my case on this same case.

On this day, I had a bail application to counter and that makes everything easier for me. I arrived at the court by 8:45am because the Judge is always keeping to time and , today wasn't an exception. My case was the second on the course list and was heard as it should but I didn't leave immediately because I needed to see a colleague whose case was the last.

After it all, we all left the court together. Courts on Friday aren't always full so, the Judge was able to exhaust the cause list by 12:25 pm.

AT NOON

I came back and hopped on my course. Because of the light issue in my area, my course has lingered and so are my assignments. So today, I have planned for this course and I have timed myself to finish one of it at a particular time before going to other activities of the day.

However, I wasn't able to finish up with it. I still have about 20 mins left which will turn to 50 mins because of several replays. The heat was too much so I decided to support myself with a rechargeable fan which later turned off after like 1 hour or so. I have left the course to be finished the following day as I planned going to a friend's house where is constant power supply.

I had set my alarm clock to remind me about 3:00pm that I would be going to the cyber cafe to go print my NIN plastic ID card. I needed this to verify my Grey finance account so I can be having a swift withdrawal from Amazon KDP. So here was how it went.

At first, I've had issues finding a place to print it. Being to different cyber cafe and was turned down as they didn't have the material for it. When I finally learnt of a place of a place to do this, I quickly went home to go prepare.

I got to the place where I was directed and everything about the cyber cafe looks so organized with their boss right there and everyone busy with their work. I told them what I came for and the moment they agreed to do it, it came with relief. I gave them my phone to do transfer the document to their system using flash after several attempts to send it via Bluetooth.

Finally, it was successful and then, I saw one of them leave with one paper. I guessed it was it was for me and he was going elsewhere to print it.

IN THE EVENING

I waited for almost extra 30 minutes and when nothing happened, I decided to ask just to confirm. I was told to wait patiently and because this was the only place I could source, I decided to wait because I am left with no option. I stayed another long minutes before the guy finally came in and apologized stating that there was a queue at the place and it took him time before getting to his turn.

Finally, I got home by 5pm and and prepared this porridge yam for myself and my husband. For sometime, we've been living on fruits to help our weightloss journey.

I really enjoyed making this meal and it was so fast because I had everything prepared already for it a day before. I wasn't able to buy fish because the price triple this time around so, I decided to make due with red meat.

So, that was how my day went yesterday and I am happy to share with you.
