My Food Diary|| Preparing my late hour weightloss meal

Hope you all are doing okay 😊

So it's another day so create a content on steemit. A cooking content actually. I opted for this food because I was so tired and I needed to make sure I was having food that doesn't contain much calories so I went through my weight loss meal group and I saw variety of foods.

But then again I decided to opt for this one because it was easier to make and I don't have need or reason to go to the market to buy anything. So in this content I'm going to be talking a little about how I prepared my sweet potato and vegetable sauce or egg sauce.

Firstly I boiled the sweet potato. I had to make a little quantity because I never wanted to have leftover in the pot. In a bid to avoid this what I did was count for the family and the number everybody was going to get and I put it in the pot ready for boiling.

While this was on fire cooking, I started slicing and chopping some of my vegetables that I bought. Remember it was a weight loss meal so I decided to use more of vegetables. some of the things on the list we are tarot pumpkin leaf green beans and I think that was all.

So I sliced the pumpkin leaf and chopped the carrot to my desired sizes. This didn't take so much of my time in about 15 minutes I was done doing this too. And the fact that I had a chopping board made the work so easier so I quickly helped on this and finished it up long before my potatoes was done.

But before slicing the pumpkin leaf and chopping the carrots I had to blend the year tomato and pepper. There was no light at the time I was cooking and I think it's was one of the thing that reduced my speed on this day. So I opted for a traditional blender which I used to blend my tomato and pepper as against the electric blender that would have done the work faster.

However, this didn't take so much of my time. In about 8 minutes or so, I was done with the blending and chopped the onions too.

Synonym of the potato was done and I brought it down for the source. I put up the tomato grinding tomato pepper and chopped onions together in the pot and added the groundnut oil. I said this continuously to ensure that it doesn't get born and after few minutes of continuous steering so was done and ready to be added other ingredients.

Next time I added the carrot and green beans which I was unable to snap because I actually forgot that part.

Because I did not want the carrots and some other vegetables that I added to be a bit stronger I let it cook for some time. After about few minutes of staring I noticed there was a kind of consistency and the way I love it then I opted for vegetable that is the pumpkin leaf.

The pumpkin leaf was actually the last vegetable I added in my source and after few minutes I brought it down on my food was ready. Well I didn't forget to mention that I added spices in the cause of my cooking spices salt crayfish a little of it to make it all tasty. Well, the goodnews is, it turned out so good. Exactly the way I love it 😅

I really hope you enjoy your reading about my food diary I will keep putting out more of this and I hope you find that useful meanwhile cooked or boiled potatoes whether sweet or Irish and then more of vegetable sauce is one thing you should never do away with if you applying on jumping on the weight loss journey just like myself.
