.I use mustard mostly at the table as a condiment on hot and cold meats
.The leaves are edible and i do add the leaves in my salads which I love so much because of the nutritional benefits recommended by my family doctor based on its calcium, iron, manganese, phosphorus and Zinc in them.
.It is also a popular accompaniment to hot doge, bratwurst sausage.
.Mustard serves as ingredient in Vinaigrette, mayonnaise.
.It is used as an ingredient in many dressing, glazes, sauces, soups etc. As a paste or as seeds for individuals.
.Mustards are used in Barbecue, potato salads, hamburgers, sandwich etc.
.Mustard supports digestion and it is rich in glucosinolates and powerful antioxidants.

Based on health, it is not all mustard that is good for the body. For me, I choose yellow mustard spicy mustard and Dijon because they all have very similar nutritional profile. Low in calories, sugar and fat which makes them very good in putting in a dish when you want to achieve weight management.
