Hello everyone, especially the big family of Steem For Ladies. May all of you be healthy and happy, so that you can enjoy life well.
Smartphones, iPhones, notebooks, and laptops are some examples of gadgets that are around us. This technology has been proven to facilitate human life in various aspects of needs and develop and change to follow the development of existing technology. I'm pretty sure we all need those devices, so it may be difficult to separate them in human life today.
In a review of its functions, the Gadget has a variety of functions and is quite needed today. In my view as a user, the functions of the Gadget include :
- As a means to communicate. Communicating remotely is the most important thing in today's society, this can be related to business, education, and health. So gadgets can make it easier for humans to communicate with anyone, even without being limited by distance and time.
- As a means of obtaining information. Because it is connected to the internet network as a technological development, the Gadget becomes a means of information that is easy to access and allows all users to know many things quickly.
- As a means to add insight. The ability of gadgets to obtain information sourced from the internet network has an impact on people's knowledge about many things. One of these uses is as a place to find insight, especially in Education.
Indirectly without us realizing it, the use of gadgets as one of the most important parts of life has changed people's behavior. One of them is the communication behavior of people who no longer need to interact with each other, even this can be done without having to know first. So it is with infinite distance, far and near equally easy.
We all know the bad impact of excessive use of gadgets, both adults and children is very large. The adverse effects can be related to psychological and criminal acts that may occur, even acts of bullying. However, these adverse effects not only occur psychologically, there are health effects that can also threaten the excessive use of gadgets.
Vision problems are one of the bad effects that have often occurred, not to mention other health effects such as sleep disorders and the risk of brain cancer are also often discussed. If it all becomes a bad impact of excessive use of gadgets, then it is important to regulate and limit excessive use of gadgets. This means that the use of gadgets can still be the most important thing to facilitate work, but still consider the limitations of time and supervision in the use of Gadget Technology.
On the side that has a bad impact from the use of gadgets, here the other there are benefits (positive) from the use of gadgets. One example is the use of school gadgets, as I have done so far at the school where I teach. The use of gadgets has a very large positive impact on its benefits to facilitate the learning process, accurate information, and a wide range of insights, being an advantage in utilizing technology, especially gadgets.
I am a teacher who teaches in one class that all students learn every day with tools in the form of gadgets, the gadgets we use are laptops and the use of networks that function as data access for all forms of communication, information, and learning materials. There is an ease of information and insight that my students find regarding the teaching and learning process, they quickly get reference sources and learning images that are being studied.
As a way to prevent the adverse effects of excessive use of gadgets in the teaching and learning process, I divide my study time every day. The use of laptops between 2 to 3 hours of lessons per day, making digital classes that I guide still use notebooks and textbooks as learning materials. Although the digital learning system remains the main focus, it distinguishes it from other classes.
The existence of digital classes at the school where I teach is part of the development of the era that utilizes technology as a way of learning. Following these developments is part of providing students with knowledge to be able to use technological devices and the internet productively, as a form of collaborating with existing technological advances.
In the end, the good and bad of the Gadget depends on the utilization you want to achieve. Restrictions and supervision are part of how to prevent the adverse effects caused. It takes a basic understanding to know what things we can get from gadgets, and how to use them wisely, can prevent bad things psychological and bad things from the health side.

Que interesante trabajo realizas. Ciertamente hoy día el uso de dispositivos eléctricos hace más llevadera la vida. Aunque también tiene su impacto negativo, sigue siendo la mejor opción de progreso.

Technology makes life easier, especially in the educational sector. Learners now have access to android and iOS devices to learn with. Not only does this help them in accessing information easily, but it also enables them study at their pace. Consider online learning as a perfect example.
As you pointed out, the availability of these gadgets have adverse effects on humans' health as well. However, managing it well increases productivity.
I must commend what your school does for those kids. The availability of these tools would definitely aid learning and they will perform better even amongst their contemporaries. Keep it up!
