Nice to meet you ladies again in good health and am glad to participate in this contest, thanks to @ngoenyi for organizing it because it's very educative and I said well done.

Cooking is one of my best hobby and I like it especially when I cook the way I like and have the taste I want. As a woman my family health depends on what I give them to eat especially my kids that are still growing, they need palatable foods that is nutritious and well nourishing.

I want to show you guys how to make chicken Peri Peri, in doing this you must have this ingredients.

  • Chicken

  • Fresh yomatoes

  • Tomatoes paste

  • Carrot

  • Green pea

  • Bell pepper

  • Fresh pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Onions

  • Seasoning cube

  • Salt

  • Ginger

  • Garlic

  • Tumeric

How to prepare

First wash your chicken very well with salt and warm water then season it with garlic,ginger, onions,tumeric seasoning cube and salt then cook it very well for 30 minutes to be sure it is done.

Put your vegetable oil in the pot and avoid bleaching it, when you put on fire, put your onions and fresh tomatoes immediately and cover allowed it to cook for 2 minutes then put your tomatoes paste cover again and cook for 2 minutes then turn in your already cooked chicken together with the soup, put your pepper, green pea and carrot cover the pot and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, yes your chicken Peri Peri is ready like this my own, it's tasty, yummy yummy and so delicious, please try this and thank me later. You can use it and eat rice, boil yam, potatoes and plantain, but I ate mine with rice.
