INTRODUCTION

MY TODAY'S HEALTH CHALLENGE

Earlier this morning as at fifteen minute pass four am as I wake up to use the rest room I notice that I have a very serious stomach pain, so I manage to conduct morning prayer by five o'clock am because I could not sleep again since then, so after the prayer my husband ask me to go and sleep again and told him no that I can not so I sat down on the sleeping chair and I call my daughter to wake up and boil hot water for me to use for Enema of which I did before I could manage to do some certain things in the house that morning by keeping the house in order.

MY JOURNEY TO CHURCH FOR TUESDAY FASTING

Since every Tuesday is normally fasting in the church being that I wasn't too strong to go out so as I was lying down in the bedroom my children had to open the door and they came in and saw me lying down on the bed and they now ask mummy please are we not going to the fasting to day I told them no that am not sure that am going, they told me that they can not missed the fasting immediately I summon courage to get up from bed and started preparing for church at this time they were very excited not knowing that they are not coming with me for today so after I might have finished preparing they were like asking me mummy are we not coming I told them no that they are not that they should relax at home to day that when I return back from church that I will buy them snacks they were very happy as the children that they are and I left.

AT THE CHEMIST SHOP

So after. the church program I have to rush to the chemist to purchase drugs for myself because while I was in the church I was still having pain and I pretend as if nothing was happening to me till they dismissed so I called my husband and explain to him how am feeling that i am some were in my friend shop sleeping so after about ten minutes he arrived and bought energy drink for me.

TAKING MEDICATION AFTER EATING

When it was in the evening I have to return home from where I was, so when I came back i exchange greetings with my children, while I was removing my clothe my children were busy searching my bag looking for the snacks that I promise them without asking so I told them that I forgot since I was unable to eat I have to send for biscuit and ground nut to eat and take drugs which I gave them some and eat some and they were happy and after that I took my drugs and sleep for the next day but thank God I was very sound before the day brake forth happy reading.
