A lovely day to all my fellow lady steemians in this wonderful community. I am @hayleydemi from Nigeria and I come to partake in this creative contest which is organized by @ngoenyi.


This contest is aimed at being creative and bringing out the creative minds in steemians and I love participating in such an amazing contest. Being creative has no limit or expectations, our minds are limitless so is our skill to create what we want and desire. Today I have been able to create a flower out of paper which I would like to personally call paper flower.

I will be sharing with you all how I created this masterpiece and the steps involved. The first step is to gather all the required materials such as paper, scissors and stapler

I placed my paper on a flat surface and then fold it into two equal parts.

After doing that, I then folded the edges of the paper twice to look like this below.

Then fold the paper again to have a slim rectangular shape, then release it.

After doing that, cut the edges of the paper in a slanty way, and when you try to open it you will see this below.

After cutting the paper, staple the center of the paper then open it and gum the two sides to join it.

Do the same for the other side and this will be your result.

This is my diy that I created and I hope you all enjoyed reading my post and learnt something from it.
