👩‍🍳 Do women mostly prefer to cook food at home or get it from the market?

As I have seen in my house, my mother likes to cook most of the food at home because she also forbids us to eat market food because she says the quality of market food is not good.

Most of the ingredients they use in making food are not of good quality which can harm our health.

Most of the food in the bazaar uses unhealthy items, as in many shops in our Pakistan, old and expired items are used, against which the government has also taken many measures, but these people do not stop from their actions.

👩‍🍳 Do women cook food at home so that the budget does not get spoiled?

This may also be the reason why my mother likes to cook mostly at home because the same items we can make at home are healthy and delicious.

We don't know the quality of market items, what kind of ingredients they use to make food and even ordering food from market can be a loss in our budget because market food is more expensive than home food.

So, mostly my mother does the cooking in my house, so when my mother gets sick, instead of ordering food from the market, we prepare some simple food at home, like when my mother is sick, So my father does the cooking.

He makes simple food like most of the time my father makes potato and egg curry which is very delicious.Most of the time they cook one by themselves at home instead of getting it from the market.

👩‍🍳 How much do women care about the health of their family while cooking?

Yes, women take care of the health of their family while cooking, like my mother covers her head with a scarf when she goes around making bread and whenever my mother washes the dishes, she wears gloves on her hands and washes the kitchen utensils.

As whenever my mother goes grocery shopping in the market, she makes sure that the ingredients, spices that she is buying are of good quality and she only brings fresh fruits and vegetables and my mother cooks such foods that give us energy and nutrition.

👩‍🍳 Do women like cooking or do they find it boring?

Most of the women love to cook , like in my house my mom likes to cook too, I also like to cook sometimes after watching her but I spoil most of the things or burn my hand 😂.

So my mom doesn't let me cook, she says "you should only focus on your studies" so she tells me that "if you want to eat something, tell me and I will make it".

My mom loves to cook and feed us and she also feels happy when we appreciate her food.But I also know some women who don't like to cook and find it boring and prefer to buy from market.
