How are you all Hope everyone is healthy . Best wishes to all admins and moderators and all users of this community.

Honorary member from the Steem for Ladies community, every week @ngoenyi Organizes a Creativity Contest, I didn't delay anymore 'Today at the Creativity Contest I shared a recipe that I made on the day of Shab-E-Barat.

But I made the recipe in two steps. In the first steps, I made carrot halwa, then made milk halwa separately, mixed two together and rapped. As if it looks very attractive, combining the white color of milk and the color of carrots.

Carrot Milk Halwa


The recipe is Carrot Milk Halwa

Here are my ingredients to make Carrot Milk barfi/Halwa-


Carrothalf kg
Sugars cup
Ghee200 gm
CardamomFour to Five
Cow Milk½ litter
Powder Milk3 tbsp
CardamomFour to Five
Cow Milk1½ litres
Ghee100 gm

STEP-1


First I threw away the carrot peel and washed it with water and kept it clean.Cut the carrots and boil it with half a liter of milk and add cardamom, a small pinch of salt.

After the boiled carrot room temperature cools down I will bat it in Shilpata
If I want to blend these carrots, I have to give extra milk or it won't blend well and if you want to blend it with milk, it will take more time if the cooking halwa in the gas stove becomes more liquid.

It I had prepared and boiled the day before.


STEP-2


Now with ghee in a pan I'll add carrot paste and fry it well in ghee I'll fry it so that an extra flavor of ghee comes in.

When I see that the water has dried from the carrot, I will add some more ghee and sugar to it and continue stirring. At one point when I see the halwa stirring and it's getting dry, I'll add a little more ghee ..

When release ghee from it, I'll pour it on a tray hot with a clean polythene bag. Then spread it well with a spatula and leave it at room temperature.

STEP-3


Now pour cow's milk back into a pan and continue to boil it in the gas stove as well as stir it with a spatula.In it I powder it I'll add cardamom powder milk.

When we see the milk being boiled, the amount is half, then I will give it half a cup of sugar, I will keep stirring it.

STEP-4


When I see that the milk has gone from liquid to a slightly thicker state, I will add ghee to it and continue stirring. When the oil continues to release ghee from it and the milk mixture becomes too thick I'll pour it hot on the carrot and spread it well on the carrot halwa with spatula.

STEP-5


When it gets a little cold I'll rap with polyethylene paper and leave it to cool.
I'll cut it with a knife when I see it's getting cold.

That's how I made a halwa or barfi dessert item with a layer of carrots and milk that's delicious to eat and packed with nutrients.
And the carrot halwa I made with bread for breakfast, the dessert item I can eat as a snack in the afternoon .
