My Entry, "Women in the Spotlight ✨" #07

Help is what we owe each other. No body can actually say they succeeded without the help of another. I personally I have enjoyed the help of so many people in this platform, to mention but a few, I owe a lot of gratitude to @patjewel and @ruthjoe for my growth and improvement .

Helping others has numerous benefits, both for the person receiving help and the person providing it. Here are some reasons why we should help people:

• Empathy and compassion : We understand and share the feelings of others, and want to alleviate their suffering.

• Improved mental health : Helping others can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.

• Stronger relationships : Assisting others can foster deeper connections and build stronger bonds.

• Personal growth : Helping others can increase self-esteem, confidence, and a sense of purpose.

• Reciprocity : When we help others, they may be more likely to help us in the future.

• Community building : Helping others can strengthen community ties and create a more supportive environment.

• Gratitude and appreciation : Both the helper and the person being helped can experience feelings of gratitude.

• Learning opportunities : Helping others can teach us new skills, empathy, and understanding.

• Role modeling: When we help others, we set a positive example for those around us.

• Altruism : Helping others can bring a sense of joy and fulfillment that comes from prioritizing someone else's needs over our own.

Remember, helping others doesn't have to be grand or time-consuming; even small acts of kindness can make a significant difference!

I believe we can’t always wait for people to ask before they can be helped. Although, In certain situations where personal things are involved people should be allowed to ask for help to avoid any form of misunderstanding.

Now when I say personal misunderstanding, am talking about people who have been mistreated because they asked for help, so when problems arise they rather find a way to sort themselves out or keep it all in,so in this kind of situations you are can help people when they don't ask.

As time goes by, people are becoming less reliable and this has ins.... The of do it your self in people rather than asking for help.

I believe women are more willing to render help generally than men,because of their motherly instincts,they are more emotional than the men,also they were created to be helpmates,its inbuilt in them.

Most women feel terribly bad when they don't have the resources to render help, and with this reason they can even go to the level of beckoning on someone to.

God is pleased with how we treat his children. A song says “whatsoever you do to the least of your brothers that you do unto me” God expects us to treat others with love and grace just as he treats us.

Christians believe this and it is shown in the Bible, the most striking one for me is the book of mattew25:35-40
"For when you saw me hungry, you fed me. When you found me thirsty, you gave me drink. When I had no place to stay, you invited me in, and when I was poorly clothed, you covered me. When I was sick, you tenderly cared for me, and when I was in prison you visited me."
