The Diary Game #46: Attending special programs(29th June 2024)

My Today Diary

Like seriously, you don't want to know how I woke up like three times unintentionally.

Story of my life!
Guess what or why I woke up that way??... A crying baby! Yes, a crying baby... I know what you'll be thinking right now, but chill, the baby is mine. Story for another day...

So I finally woke up at 5 am, said my prayers - that's definitely the first thing before anything else . After my prayers, I lay down a bit because I was still feeling sleepy and having cramps . But guess what... I needed to sweep, wash dishes, arrange the sitting room, cook, and also start preparing for a program I have by 11 pm and 4 pm .

Just summarizing everything I needed to do for the day made me even more tired! But you know what, it is what it is . I had to put on my stand up, start by arranging the house, down to sweeping the house . At that point, I had to pause a bit, went to the bathroom, brushed, and took my bath. Then at that point, I felt a little refreshed.

Then I headed out to the kitchen to do the dishes . After that, I had to look for something to eat because my tummy was yearning for something to devour! Finally, I ate, and it was time to start preparing for the program.

The first meeting I had for the day was the flag off of the Child and maternal health week.
I was hungry and expectant already; I couldn't wait for the time to reach . I made sure I lifted the house very much on time so I could be at the front seat.

I got my daughter ready first because this girl can be a little playful when dressing up and that makes us spend so much time dressing up.

When I was done with her, I got ready myself, by 9 am we were ready to live the house. By 10:45 am, we got to the venue.

A lot of important dignitaries spoke on the importance of improving the health of mothers and children.

Reducing child , mother, and infant mortality was the main purpose of the meeting. So they came with multiple vitamins for pregnancy mothers, and children from 12 months to 32 months.

Since the program was organized for women and their children, they teaching centered on them.

• Taking your routine drug as a pregnant woman, is as important as eating.

• For us to be mindful of our hygiene and also for our kinds because they are vulnerable to bad hygiene.

• Parents should ensure the complete their children's immunization vaccinations.

The meeting ended by 3 pm and from there I went for the second meeting titled The Hand of God.

It was indeed a beautiful church service. I was incredibly bless.
The service ended by 9 pm, we got home few minutes pass 10 pm.

I was so tired when we got home, I quickly feed my daughter and retired her to bed hoping she would sleep deep and not constantly waking up with cry just like last night.

What a beautiful day it is! My weekend is really going to be worth spending.
