PINOY STYLE "CRUNCHY CALAMARES"

I am now back in my cooking tutorial. Since we started our class, I seldom took a picture of what I cook because I am always in a hurry and I just cook every morning some simple dish because in lunch and dinner, I just buy ready cooked food since my time out is 7:30.

So, today let me share to you my best recipe. I will be showing to you how I made my Calamares.

By the way, mama and papa is working in the wet market. They are selling shrimp and squid so every week, they will bring it at home. And if they will brig big squid, I will immediately make it into Calamares.

So, here's the procedure:

✨PROCEDURE:✨

Step 1:

Mix all the ingredients. Wash first the squid, cut into ring, put in the bowl and put crispy fry, bread crumbs and 2 pcs eggs. Mix it well.

Step 2:

Pour a cooking oil in a dry and clean pan and let it boil.

Step 3:

Once the oil is already boiled, slowly put your mixture and cook it for 5-10 minutes or until it turns to golden brown. Once it is golden brown already, flip it to the other side. Then wait again until it turns to golden brown. Do not overcook it or else it will be hard when you make a bite on it.The

Step 4:

When all the sides turns to golden brown, you can take it out and put it in the strainer so that the excess oil will drop.

And here it is, our simple, easy to cook and crunchy calamares is ready for our meal. This is best serve with a dip. You can use a ketchup mixed with mayonaisse. The combo is so perfect plus eating it with your loved ones.
