According to her this is most traditional recipe as well as easy and healthy. As the ingredients have alot of benefits. She used to make this for small kids as well, according to her this recipe turns out to be best for little kids or infants when they turned 6months and are about to cone on solids. So I learnt this recipe from her and always prefer this for my family and specially my kids.
The ingredients you need for this recipe are:
category | Quantity | Pic |
---|---|---|
Sawayean | Two packet | |
Suger | 7 to 8 spoon | |
Water | 2 glass |
Lets Start 🌼
The first thing to do is to take the two sawayean packets and then take a pot in which you are going to make the sawayean. Then add ghee or oil in it according to your own method. I added two spoons of oil. Then let it heat up for a while but not so hot that our Sawayean will burnt.
Then add the Sawayean break by break and let it fry well in the l so that it gets browned well and looks lovely. After frying well add sugar in it for four to five or as much sugar as you like sweet and then mix it well and fry it. Mix well so that the sugar dissolves well.
After mixing the sugar well, add two glasses of water in it so that the Sawayean dissolves well. And then after 5 minutes if you see that it is well incorporated then mix it so that it doesn't stick together. After stirring, fry it well so that the little remaining water is absorbed.
Then take it out and put it on your plate. You guys can see in the picture that I also take it out and feed it to the streets and children. It is very delicious. You must try at home. Take care Allah hafiz 🌼

Hello dear @maryamnadeem , thank you for your quality post on Steem For Ladies Community, this is like noodle hun in my country,
at first we soaked it in hot water until it swelled, then we set aside the water and then sauteed it again with spices such as shallots, garlic, pepper, candlenut, and also aceh noodle seasoning. I'm sure it will look delicious too🤤
