Hello friends, how are you all? You must be fine. I am fine Alhamdulillah. First, I would like to thank @ngoenyi for organizing this Week #66 Begins👉Let's do it...Do It Yourself👉Craft, Creativity, Drawing, origami, DIY, Recycling and more. Today I am bringing the recipe I made for this contest. I cooked big fish with tomatoes. I shared my complete cooking recipe step by step here. So let's get started.

Ingredient
  • fish
  • tomato
  • onion paste
  • garlic
  • green chilli
  • turmeric powder
  • coriander powder
  • chilli powder
  • salt

First, the fish pieces were washed and cleaned. Then, I took a quantity of tomatoes and cut them into cubes. You can see the picture of the tomatoes and fish in the picture. Now, I put a pot on the stove and added a quantity of oil to it. After the oil got a little hot, I poured the chopped garlic into the oil. When I first fried the chopped garlic in the oil, a beautiful aroma came out of the curry.

After frying the chopped garlic for some time, when it turned light brown, I added the onion paste to the stone. After stirring the spices for some time, when the onion smell was gone, I added the powdered spices to it. After stirring the spices with the powdered spices for some time, I added a little water to it.

When the water from the spices had dried up and become fried, I added the chopped tomato pieces to it, stirred it, and covered it for some time.

When I removed the lid and saw that the tomatoes were dry, I added a little water and stirred them. When the tomatoes started to become soft, I added the chopped fish pieces to them. I did not cook the tomatoes completely because the tomatoes would cook along with the fish. So when the tomatoes were slightly cooked, I added the fish. After adding the fish to the curry, I covered the pan with a lid and kept the flame on medium. This will help the water in the fish come out well.

After about five minutes, I added jaggery to the curry. I added the curry broth to my liking. Now, when the curry broth had thickened, I added some chopped coriander leaves to the curry. After a while, I turned off the stove.

I turned off the stove and took the curry off the stove. Then I took some curry in a bowl and took some beautiful pictures. I took a selfie with the bowl in my hand. I had a great time eating this fish curry. Cooking any big fish curry with tomatoes doubles its taste. Friends, you will like this recipe of mine.
