Ladies Professional chef Round 02; my Delicious fruit Dessert

Hello ladies, good day to us all, thank you very much steem for ladies for chosing my first post and that's makes me to qualify for round 2, and is all about dessert food.

Firstly I will like to give the meaning of dessert food because some of us might not really know the real meaning of dessert.

A dessert is a kind of meal that we eat after taken our lunch or dinner, or any sweet thing that we take after a light meal or snack. Though it is usually a sweet food, something like ice cream, cookies, fruit, cakes etc. We have some types of dessert which are;

1. Baked desserts
2. Fried desserts
3. Chilled desserts
4. Frozen desserts

In my own dessert I decided to make a fruit dessert after eating some good meals and it went well with my fried sauce chicken

Today was just too hectic for me, after coming back from church I decided to make some good food for the family and since the weather wasn't friendly I decided to make a fruit dessert for my family and I. With this friut it will really help in calming our body system.
So I went for this fruit because of its healthy benefits.so let's look at some of it.

Banana:. Like the banana is one of the known fruit known worldwide, its contain some essential nutrients which can is very good to our health.

Do you know that eating of bananas really helps in lowering of blood pressure and it reduce the risk of cancer and it also improve heart health and promoting regularity.

Watermelon:. Watermelon is one of the sweet and refreshing low calorie summer snack. Watermelon provides hydration and also essential nutrients, which includes vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Watermelon prevent asthma, it's reduce blood pressure, help in digestion, it's has high water content

Pawpaw:. Pawpaws comes from the family of fruit of the Asimina triloba tree, is very good in digestion.

Cucumber:. Cucumbers have a very mild, refreshing taste and it's contend high water. It's help to relieve dehydration and are very good to eat in hot weather. Watermelon helps in hydration, bone health, it's contain vitamin k which helps with trusted source blood clotting it's also prevent diabetes.

After washing all my fruit I slice them into small particle, then mix them together.

After mixing them together I pour in my tin peak milk fruit dessert is ready for consumption

As you all can see why I chose to make fruit dessert among all the dessert.
