INTRODUCTION

Hello friends, I love challenging myself for the things I don't know, thanks to @ngoenyi for taking the craft challenge to another level, adding cooking to the weekly DIY.

Today I make an attempt of trying some recipes that I have never try before. I decided to make spring rolls, samosa and puff puff.

what I use in making the spring rolls, samosa

  • Chicken
  • Cabbage
  • Carrots
  • Fresh tomatoes
  • Onions
  • Tumeric
  • Seasoning cubes
  • Vegetables oil
  • Egg
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Red beans

the method I use in PREPARING it.

I started with the puff puff.

I get a dry bowl, put my flour, add salt, sugar, egg and milk, then I added water a little, I mixed everything together until it becomes a Doug. Then I put it in a bowl then cover it and keep it under the sun for it to raise.

When I was done with the puff puff mixture, i start making the wrap for the spring rolls and the samosa.

I get a bowl, add flour, add salt, a little groundnut oil like a spoon full then I added water to form a paste, then I put my frying pan on fire and I heat it, I start preparing the wrap as if I was frying pancakes.

That was how I was able to get the wrap wrap without stress.

When I was done with the wrap, i started preparing the sauce for the spring rolls samosa.

What I use for this was, chicken, cabbage, carrots, fresh tomatoes, red beans.

I started first by frying the chicken without oil, then I added the vegetable, I fried it until it was done., The I put it in a shifter so that it will drain out the water without it socking the wrap.

When I was done with this aspect, I went back and check the Doug for the puff puff if is soft so that I can start frying.

When I checked it was soft, it was outside for like 30munite and I brought it inside and I start frying it by cutting small small.

When I was done with this, I start wrapping the spring rolls and samosa by using the wrap, I folded it to a triangle shaped, then I scope a spoon full of the chicken sauce and put it inside the I use the flower paste to seal it.

When I was done with that I started frying it.

So guys, this was how I was able to try this method for the first time, the taste comes out so well, but the wrapping was a little bit rough, I believe when next I do it, I will be able to get it well.

So please rate my work, the baker's in the blog.
