Since ancient times, men and women have been developing civilization side by side. But since that time, women are oppressed, neglected, worthless and deprived of dignity in the society.

Women are victims of various forms of discrimination in the patriarchal society. Women also have the right to live in society, to have the same opportunities as men. Women have added the motivation and strength of men's efforts, struggle in the construction of civilization. Women inspire men by their service, kindness and dutiful responsibilities. All the great men who have come to the world, have some woman behind them. Napoleon said, "Give me an educated mother, and I will give you an educated nation." In other words, thinkers have also accepted that the development of civilization is not possible without women. Therefore, the progress of civilization should be continued by removing the barriers to women's entry into the workplace, ensuring their due rights.

The contribution of both men and women to the creation of modern welfare civilization is undeniable. Therefore, the dignity of women should be upheld and they should be engaged in the welfare of the world. Economic status determines the status of a woman. What will be the relationship of others in the family with him? What will be the relationship of others in the society with him. Not only the women of the upper echelon of the society, but the economic participation of women working in various industries such as the garment industry has improved their status in the family. But overall the position of women in the society is not improving due to the decline of social values. When a woman goes out on the street or goes to a factory by bus, any man can abuse her. which is unrelated to the economic status of women. It depends on the social and political philosophy and the society as a whole. You may be getting respect within the family, but we are not seeing much improvement in the case of women from low income and low class families.

I would say family is the first step in improving the status of women. Being a woman, I expect many things that other women will agree with me. For me, Women's Day is a means to raise awareness for women's rights in a male-dominated society. Currently, the status of women has improved compared to the episode, but still lags behind in many places. So I would say that this time on Women's Day, the main theme for me will be to work for those women who are backward in the society and who are still being oppressed.
