Delicious recipe of eggplant and fish roast.

Assalamu Alaikum.

How are you all? I hope everyone is well. I am also well by the grace of Allah. To all my food loving friends today I am here with a new recipe for you. I am a food lover myself. I love to try new foods. Whenever I come across a new recipe I try to try it out and love to taste food.

Fried food is my favorite among food. The recipe that I am going to share with you today is a delicious eggplant and fish fry recipe. In this way, if you cut the eggplant into rounds and fry it with fish, it tastes amazing. Everyone in my house likes it very much. One piece of brinjal and one piece of fish with hot rice can be eaten in no time.

So friends, if I make any mistakes, hopefully everyone will look at me with forgiveness and try to explain me

Recipe Ingredients:
  • eggplant
  • Fish
  • Tomatoes
  • Turmeric powder
  • Chilli powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Coriander leaves
  • Oil
First step:
  • First I add a little turmeric powder, a little chili powder and a little salt to the brinjals. Mix it well, and leave it for 10 minutes.

Second step:

*Then I will lower the heat to low and add the eggplants to the oil. And fry them for about ten minutes, turning well.

Third step:
  • Then I add turmeric powder, chili powder, salt to the fish and mix well. Apply turmeric and pepper and keep it for 20 minutes.

Fourth step:
  • After 20 minutes I will add enough oil in the cycle and when the oil is hot I will flip the fish well and fry them.

Fifth step:
  • When the brinjal and fish are fried I add another stone's worth of oil and when the oil is hot add green chillies.

Sixth step:

*After frying the onions and green chillies for a while, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder and salt and garlic. Fry all the spices well for a while.

Seventh step:
  • After that I will give tomatoes. Saute the tomatoes with all the spices for a while.

Eighth Step:
  • After that I will give two cups of water. And wait until the water boils.

ninthth Step:
  • After that I will add fried eggplant and fish. Leave it covered with a lid for 5 minutes, on medium flame.

tenth Step:
  • Then add coriander leaves. Leave it covered with coriander leaves for two minutes.

last step :
  • Finally when I see the broth has thickened. I will take it down from the small one when the makha makha is showing.
